Microsoft has a great utility for backing up files from one PC to another or to another drive with little effort.  You select the source folders that you’d like to have backed up, select a backup folder (they call it folder pairs) and click run and it does the work for you.

There are 3 options to choose:  Synchronize, Echo or Contribute.

Synchronize will allow you sync files from both sources with the most current.  This would be handy if you have a few PCs that you like to keep the files up-to-date with the most current versions.

Echo is just a straight backup from your source folders to the share.  The files that have been modified or deleted in your source folder are deleted or updated on the backup folder.

Contribute is similar to echo but no files are deleted.

You can grab a copy at Microsoft.com!

Here’s a quick screenshot (click to enlarge):

The errors are because I choose some profile options and some files are locked.  Remember it’s not a complete backup solution but works nicely for data if you have a large amount.

This is a friend’s comic and well, he can describe what it’s about better than I can:

Sam, the Decider follows the adventures of an adorable little robot that has been sent to Earth to judge humanity.  Sam starts in an office building, teams up with a couple of Night Janitors, and starts judging – one human at a time.

You can find out what Sam’s currently thinking about our fate at SamTheDecider.com!

I’ve been using this site for a while as a source of getting wallpaper.  It’s fairly easy to navigate, search and has lots of wallpaper in Widescreen (16×10), Fullscreen (4×3), Fullscreen (5×4), HDTV (16×9), Dual Monitors and Mobile.  So not only are there a lot of offerings, they’re in a lot of formats for whatever you may need.  Another nice attribute of the site is advertising or lack of… The site doesn’t open dozens of pop-ups while navigating.  A huge plus for these kind of sites that are more interested in flooding users with ads than their content.

Take a look at InterfaceLIFT and start building your wallpaper collection!

Here’s a sample that I grabbed for autumn:

My first post at TheQuick10.com is a website that I’m sure many people are aware of and many more could spend hours at if they only knew about it.  I’m here to make you spend countless hours creating your own motivational or demotivational posters.

Here’s a quick one I did with Stewie and his thoughts on broccoli.
