While doing more searches for Christmas related material, I came across the home of the North Pole!  There’s lots to do at the site for parents, kids and teachers.  The site has stories that children can read or have read to them.  You can visit different parts of Santa’s entire village such as The Workshop, Santa’s Den, Toy Shop, Mail Room (where you can write to Santa), Clubhouse,  Reindeer Barn, Kitchen, Elf Pal Academy and Weather Station.

So while you’re trying to wrap presents this year, send the kids over to the North Pole to keep them busy for a while.

Who hasn’t heard of woot.com?  Well shame on you! We’ll forgive you but only if you check the site out!   The home of the original one deal a day site.  woot has expanded in recent years to include wine.woot.com featuring deals on wine and cheese, shirts.woot.com featuring a shirt day from user submitted art and sellout.woot.com in a partnership with Yahoo (hence the “sellout” term).  They also feature a (typically) funny daily “wootcast” that you can find off the main page.

The guys over at 360Voice.com has a great website that tracks how your Xbox 360 is feeling.  Whether it’s mad, sad, happy or who knows what else since I don’t know that mine has ever made it past being happy!   It also lists all the games you’ve played and some general statistics of all the users registered at the site.
