Another oldie but goodie!  Virtual bubblewrap has been around since 1996 (according to the website) and while I recall spending some time popping bubbles, it was without the awe-inspiring scoreboard which now graces the site.  I was able to hit the top 50 a few times.  Check it out at Virtual-Bubblewrap.com.
